Yeah he red lighted so he just left it play..Did 160 for the entir 30.

That's were Frankie Rio red lighted.After that he did a demo in the lane.Sucks he didn't get past round one
However I have seen videos on the net of Frankies ride but they do NO justice..

It means he started his music before the meter started.

oh from videos at least through the year it seems like a lot of people have done that but it didn't go red. I thought you were allowed to start playing before it started metering ... oops lol shows I am new to the concept of bassrace

Well, here's the breakdown.

With the meter, there is a slight delay from when the meter actually starts to when the DISPLAY starts.

So even though the display might say "set" in the "ready, set, go", in actuality the computer/meter is already going.

Thats why you have to be good with your starts so you start playing music at the right time. Too quick and you redlight, too slow and you have to turn it up to catch up.
