Suspect In Stiletto Attack Arrested - News Story - WHIO Dayton

DAYTON, Ohio -- Police in Dayton have arrested a woman accused of stabbing a man in the eye with the heel of her stiletto shoe.

Heather Sims, 27, is being held in the Montgomery County Jail. She was charged with felonious assault. News Center 7 asked Sims if she turned herself in, and she responded by saying "Yes."

She is accused of assaulting Anthony Milliner in the drive-through of the McDonald's on Edwin C. Moses Boulevard in July 2010.

Police said Sims and three other women attacked a man who was seated in a car at a McDonald's drive through restaurant in Dayton. According to police, Sims took off her stiletto heel and gouged the victim in the eye.
