Dayton RS 12" Sub on Sale at Parts Express

I've had no experience with this sub, but for $104 I'll bet it's quite good.

ah the RS series. if you can afford them, buy them. i've had the pleasure of hearing the HF and HO, and they truly have close to the same output and SQ. GREAT speakers for the price and more than enough for most.

Nice review link Squeak.

Even though the high output version is what they recommend for car audio, I'll go for the 'high fidelity' version. I listen at very moderate levels and would gladly trade some Db's for a bit truer sound.

Hmm well I tried WinISD and for the HO it gave me 0.7 cubes, and for the HF it gave me 1.9 cubes.

edit: actaully I just redid it and it gave me 2.4 cubes for the HF;[

So for a QTC of .707 then a sealed box would need to be roughly .78ft^3? How would you figure ported?
