Dash Speakers Popping

So I finally managed to get rid of the popping from my front speakers by eliminating the Y splitter and running my components off their own RCA's and hooking rears up to HU power for rear fill. Now all is sounding perfect except these pops that occur randomly from the dash speakers at all volumes.. These dash speakers are JL C2 350s running off of HU power (JVC KD-X40). Not sure whats happening since it's being powered by the headunit.

How does it clip off of HU power? They handle 25RMS the head unit sends 20RMS. I'll probably invest in some bass blockers, and so I need to go find a 25x2 amp..?

Distortion/higher THD,low power@high volume, and the HU doesnt send 20 rms on a continual basis to the speakers, and is over rated.
