Dash looks like crap!!!

OK guys, Here is my dilemma. I have a '95 Geo Metro Lsi Hatchback w/ a dash that looks like it sat in the desert for the last 10 yrs:crying: I am looking for a way to restore the dash. It is almost impossible to remove it, as I drive it everyday. Painting it in car would be very difficult as well. Any suggestion on how to make it look better and not have to remove it from the car. Have you tryed cleaning it and hitting it with some armorall ? Or is it just dry rotted and what not

Tried cleaning it w/ everything I could think of. It's just my daily driver so I really don't want to spend much on it. It just looks like shit.

Best part about it. It has an Eclipse CD5000 w/ Memphis separates and a Kove Armageddon 12" in it w/ a JBL 1200.1 powering it.

use an alkiline based cleaner such as formula 409 cleaner/degreaser first. then wipe it down good with plain water. apply armor all or similar product to treat it. preferably with a sun screen in it.
