There's been a number of people lately who had 'good feedback' who either turned straight-up scammer, or decided **** it, they didn't need to work to keep their rep, they'd just blow people off until they felt like messing with it.

Unfortunately, I don't think you're going to get any help from the cops if you sent the guy a money order... unless you've got an invoice or something. All he has to say is that you owed him money for something... consulting fees, loaning you money at the strip club, whatever. It's he said/she said. I'd still try the cops, he might get a little nervous if they decide to show up and ask him about it, but I doubt they'll even do that. Most police depts these days are overworked already, and your $320 isn't a top priority to them.

I met up with darkist personally and sold him that Sundown amp. He's a good guy I woudln't tag him as a scammer yet...

i tried not to, but hes avoiding me now. its so frustrating though. i don't wanna get him a felony, but if he ****s me over i'm gonna have to. i have everything printed out and waiting so hopefully he makes the right choice.

Since when do you have to wait for a money order to clear? That is already paid for and all you do is go cash it. Now if he sent him a check or something, then yeah, he might have to wait till it clears.

Unless I am missing something as I have only been selling off here for a few months, but always though MO's were already paid for and just needed cashed.

I personally think MO is the safest bet really.

Paypal don't do shit when something goes wrong, unless you used a CC to do a chargeback.
