my friend ordered from them Saturday and it will be here friday. did they call you the called him to confirm the order.

I ordered a box from them and it I noticed 3 days later it wasn't processed. I emailed and emailed with no reply.. still have no reply! I decided a week later to call in and they didn't have any in stock.
I won't be making any more purchases from them. Seems like a company ran out of a basement...

They still have not even processed yet. I called 2 days ago and they said that it would go to shipping within the next 24hrs but it still has not. How much trouble would it be for me to just cancel the order?

i got all my stuff like wiring , install accesories etc...From knukonceptz great shipping and time if you need stuff like that deal with them.

It came fast once it was shipped, but thats UPS not them.

Their customer support is a joke though. I won't make any more purchases with them.

atleast the customer service for woofersetc.com is decent...you better hope you never have a problem with hifisoundconnection. their customer service line puts you on hold for 25sec, and then hangs up

Err, darn Hifisound, placed an order Sunday, still being processed today And yup, got the hang up from CS. Atleast my KnuKonceptz order came on time. Now I have to postpone my install even latter, freakin weather is going to be in the 70's too:verymad:

BTW, I have ordered from both Woofers & Hifi many times and this is my first delay in processing for Hifisound.

That does kind of ****, but I also do have to be honest:

I have bought more car audio stuff from them than anywhere else, and I do have to say I have been pleased 100 percent of the time thus far.

Did you choose the free shipping method?

Maybe that's why. They put you at the lowest priority... thought they customer service still sucks, I am guessing that is why it is taking so long to process.

I spoke to them again today and maybe got it straight. I called to cancel the order and then when he looks it up he says we have been trying to contact you. Something about the h/u I ordered they dont sell anymore so I had to get another one so I should get it next week sometime.

LOL! He said the EXACT same thing to me!!! "We have been trying to contact you..." LOL!!! OMG I AM LAUGHING SO HARD! What a freaking joke of a company HAHA
