They are making me mad. I place a order with them sunday night and they still have not even processed it yet. All my other stuff will be in friday and now it will probably be next week before I get my stuff from them. I was thinking about canceling and just ordering from some where else.

pssh...i placed an order from onlincecarstereo and they took 4 weeks to ship it out and right when i get it the inputs dont work so i have to ship it back and its going to take another 4-6 weeks to get a fixed one back not even a brand new one they send broken and i can only get it fixed not replaced hella gay

Yea I heard good reviews to but I dont know. I even called today to check and make sure they had not shipped and he said it should go to shipping in the next 24 hrs. So that will be 4 days just for them to process it. Most other places ship the next day.

atleast the customer service for woofersetc.com is decent...you better hope you never have a problem with hifisoundconnection. their customer service line puts you on hold for 25sec, and then hangs up

i got all my stuff like wiring , install accesories etc...From knukonceptz great shipping and time if you need stuff like that deal with them.

LOL .. still no good huh . Thats wierd man .Shit like that happens sometimes . Just have to wait it out. But as dickey stated above woofersetc customer service is great . Most of the time I spoke to Joshua who is extremely Knowledgable and didnt rush off the phone like half the other people from these sites ..

They shipped out my order the very next day, and even called me to tell me that the satellite tuner I ordered was discontinued, apologized, and would ship out the rest that same day. I thought it was great customer service. I haven't installed the amp yet, but I have high hopes.

I ordered a box from them and it I noticed 3 days later it wasn't processed. I emailed and emailed with no reply.. still have no reply! I decided a week later to call in and they didn't have any in stock.

I won't be making any more purchases from them. Seems like a company ran out of a basement...
