They are not necessarily mindless... I'd consider them more immature than mindless, which is why I replied to your post. Not sure though, I'll know personally next year when I attend U of I

He isn't the best comedian out there by far, but he makes me laugh. Actually, I haven't heard that many penis/*** jokes from him at all. I heard the "getting head" one... That's all that comes to mind.

Sounds like you heard a single act of his and judged him on that.

He's great. I just watched the unedited version of the comedy central presents mitch hedberg special last night, actually.

the funniest part about it was that the first 25 minutes or so that were supposed to be the special SUCKED, and the audience wasn't feeling it at all, so he just said 'i'll just tell every joke i know, and the dudes in the van can decide what's so special about it. my special will be very chopped up. it will not be seamless" and at that point the audience started going nuts

and then he didn't know how to leave, he was just like 'man, i'm really supposed to get off this stage, i'm gonna get yelled at.. but i don't know how to end this sincerely now... i guess i'll just tell some more jokes"
