I've been looking at every possible thread I can find about walls and securing the "dance floor" is still unclear. My biggest dilemma is the gas tank. My civic's gas tank is right under where the rear seats are. That is where the dancefloor would be. So aside from taking the gas tank off, bolting down the dancefloor, then putting the tank back on, I don't see how it can be bolted down. Also is a dance floor necessarily needed for an open-air vehicle like a van or SUV? Help me out

Fvck the dance floor just put in a brass pole...

we have used ca glue, liquid nails etc. If you can't bolt it in, secure the back using back strap /bolts.

Remember you want to secure it as best as you can. overkill is a great thing

I honestly thing you should just take your tank out and bolt it in real quick. I'd rather do extra work and waste a little extra gas for more security.

Or use a MIG and make some "L" brackets to secure it to the floorpan. Just did that the other day on my first wall build.
