damsel in distress!!! rockford punch 301s and alpine cda9855

Put the amp on lowpass, and as far as the t corr, its stands for time correction which means you can delay the signal to whatever speakers you want/if you want.

I'll try to find a link to the maual for ya;)

Set the amp to bypass the internal crossovers - so it wouldn't be either highpass or lowpass.

On the head unit, set the EQ to a factory setting she likes for now, she can always adjust it in the future. The crossover should be set so the sub preout is LP'ed to anywhere from 60 to 80Hz...play around with it until it sounds about right.

Time correction is something to delay the signal going to a speaker by a couple milliseconds, thereby shifting the apparent center of the soundstage left or right (or back to front, if you're adjusting it with rear fill). The idea is to compensate for path lengths between speakers, but tends to make the other person have worse sound - so if it's set up for the driver's seat, the passenger's soundstage will be skewed somewhat. There's a way you can measure the distances to your ears and convert to milliseconds, but doing it by ear with a proper recording (one that has an accurate center image) can work too.
