I've a Kenwood DDX-8016DABS which I'm going to install to my car in the not too distant future.
Quick question - when installing the DAB antenna (CX-DAB1) is it imperative that it goes in the windscreen? I really don't want it in line of sight (even though it is a small antenna) so is it possible to mount it on the side window, just behind the B pillar? Not sure if it matters, but my car has factory tinted windows (Suzuki Swift Sport, 2013).
Any help / advice would be much appreciated.
