what exactly do you mean? use two sheets on the front instead of one?

Yeah. Twice as thick.

You can then router out a mounting hole and have the sub gasket flush mounted with the first panel. Looks awesome, especially when carpeted. And of course it adds more strength.

ill think of that for the next time. im on a tight budget and had to make do with the materials and tools i had on hand and i think it turned out pretty decent. thanks for the tip thogh. i was planning on doing that originally,just not enough $$$ in the budget for the extra material.
