Since I didn't have anough amp to push the pair is D3s in a sealed box, I built a vented box for a single D3(link to plan)

It was slightly altered to allow for an extra baffle so the D3 would fit.

Very clean sound and loud for a single 10". Surprisingly, no vent noise for a 1 1/2" wide slot //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/wink.gif.608e3ea05f1a9f98611af0861652f8fb.gif

Not sure how to cover. Matching that 10 yr old carpet will be tough - plus with two shedding dogs, Black carpet is out of the question. I may just texture paint it.

That a nice box....but looking at the plans you did the port wrong. Look at the Violet line. See how it is. Now look at the way you have your. Will that tuning be off. Or it just look that way with the camera phone.

Must be the camera phone.

Only change I made was shorten the violet by 3/4" to accommodate a double baffle.
