d2 vs d4?

this may be a very stupid question but in what case do you buy a d2? and in what case do you buy a d4? buy d2 is you need a 1 or 4 ohm load.

buy d4 if you need a 2 or 8 ohm load

or, a pair of D2s can make a .5, 2, or 8 ohm load

a pair of d4s can make a 1, 4, or 16 ohm load

(2) dual 4 subs will wire to 1 ohm, (2) dual 2 subs will wire to 2 ohm. It just depends on what amp you are going to run and how many subs you are going to run.

Wire it in parallel to 1 ohm and get a good 1500-2kw amp.
