CVX 12 specs???

Does anyone know the driver displacement and the xmax for the cvx 12? Hopefully its going to come within a few days, and I'm trying to design/build a box for it.

I found ONE place that was in a foreign language that said it had an Xmax of 15.4. Don't know how accurate that is though.

0.079 cubes and 15.4mm of xmax.

The rest of the parameters can be found on Kicker's website under support --> Technical support --> T/S parameters.

They put it in a really stupid location; you would think all that information would come in the owner's manual.

What kind of box do you plan to use? I am pretty close to buying a CVX 12, so I am curious how much power you plan to throw at it and what size box/tuning?

The cvx 12 from the great 12 challenge looked really nice in 2.2 cubes tuned to 32hz.

Definitely! I am probably going to put in an order for it sometime in the next couple of weeks. I have no idea how long it will take to get it though. I am going through my accommodations (Circuit City), so this will be my first purchase (CVX 12, ZX350.4, ZX750.1) and I have heard that it can a while before you receive it. And I am planning on doing a really nice install (inspired by this install), so with the holidays upon us it might not get completed until next year. I will be sure to do a good build log and take plenty of pictures (cause thats all we really care about //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/smile.gif.1ebc41e1811405b213edfc4622c41e27.gif ). Sealed box : 1.5 Cubes Ported box: 2.25 Cubes 35hz

And a single 12 should hold a good clean 1 krms daily if your careful
