what is your overall goal? what kind of sound do you want to achieve? i personally like the L5 more than i do the CVR, i think it sounds better and has much more potential to get loud.

oh, and are you a kart racer?

my friend had two 15cvr's in a small sealed box in a expedition behind the 3rd seat and it thumped hard as hell. suprised the hell out of me... id go with the 15's

with what kind of amp? i ordered a 2000W 500 rms x 2 Lanzar Vibe268. i might call them up and cancel.

nice, i have raced karts for 9 years. been in shifters for 5 years.

anway, i think you would still be happy with a single L5 12" or 15" ported.

i wanna saw a 1000w ma or something like that... nothing too expensive.. id recommend a jbl 1200.1 or something along those lines

louder, but i think that the L5 sounds better, but then again that is my opinion. i dont think it would be much louder though.

i actually liked the sound of my CVR 15.. more than my type Rs actually..

and yeah more cone area for teh win.

and for deeper bass id say cvr for sure.. plus i'd assume theyre cheaper
