CVR 12"s

My friend has 2 cvr 12"s and was wondering if they perfer a sealed box or ported. I read on another forum that they're sq woofers and do good in sealed enclosures or something like that. How many cubes should the box be? tuned IF ported.

Mine are in about 4 cubes sealed....i think they sound great....extremely good sq imo

well i had two 12 cvrs and i had them sealed and ported the sealed was about 2.5cubes and the ported was 4 cubes tuned to 32hz and you could tell the diffrence in how loud it was... i personally like ported better cause it was louder and thats what i was looking for //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/biggrin.gif.d71a5d36fcbab170f2364c9f2e3946cb.gif
