Maybe a stupid newb question...but does a 15 inch sub take a 14 inch hole?OR is it a little bigger or smaller like 13 7/8 or 14 1/4?Thanks. (oh..flame if you want,just need a cutout size).DD 9515 if that matters.

depends on the sub really, some with certain cast frames wont fit a 15" hole like come standard on prefab boxes, so it really depends on the sub

dd should have the cutout size on their website. or just measure the sub

Thanks again guys.I did not even think of the web site.It said 14.0625 inches for the cutout.
