this sub was made in june of 2012 and has not seen more than 1500 watts of power. she is still very very stiff. id give it a 9 out of 10 just because the rubber beauty ring around the sub got scuffed. not the rubber surround just the beauty ring. subs specs are mtx 9500 18 custom. 4 inch 8 layer aluminum fw xl d1 ohm. 3-9'' spiders triple sewn lead 6 inch carbon fiber dust cap 18 inch 6 spoke frame. rated at 3k rms daily but im sure will just laugh at 3k.

I have seen this sub in person, and is very impressive, DO NOT let the plain black finish fool you. PSI did an amazing job on this woofer. I heard it on a hifonics brutus 1200 and it didnt move, and I know it's onl a 1200 watt brutus but the sub was shaking the car and made me have to poop! and it was excurting maybe 1" so it s a great buy. 1 of a kind, 5 stars

uhh that's because the 9500 motor is probably the weakest 4" coil motor ever made.

^^^ I Hate to correct you but yeah "Problably" it's not one of the top 10 strongest 4" motors BUT it is a pretty decent motor with real WEAK OEM Soft Parts...

Build it with the correct soft parts and you'll be impressed, Pretty Sure Dave did a nice recone job just like always...
