IMHO your products are reasonably priced. I have had no issues with the 1500's I have( 3 of them). 2 used, 1 as a matter of fact straight from you, and a brand new one. The guy basically wanted you to give him one. You werent shitty with him, so just forget about it.

first im not gona take sides, how this guy went about tryin to get a deal was wrong. i just think there is no need for u to get all butt hurt. at 700.00 im sure your makin money off it. Thanks. I get e-mails similar to this quite often... but the tone this guy took with me and to simply end it with "stop being greedy" really bothered me.

When did 5000 in a checking or savings account become the new standard for being wealthy? I wouldnt be suprised if the customer was you.

Jacob makes really nice audio equipment, nobody is really gunna argue that. if you want top of the line equipment, your going to pay the price. if you dont have that kind of money, then you cant have the equipment. thats how life works.

Jacob is right in how he handled that situation. i can guarantee if he let that amp go for say 650, somebody else, probably one of this guys friends would be asking him for the same price. and when he said no, the guy would come on here and make a thread about how sundown audio sucks and they play favorites.

They are not bad at all... dB-R does a great job on them and offers a 1-year warranty too. Not sure why this guy was so put off by them.
