I have a customer in the shop who is looking for a new amp that does rated power 2000w+ @2ohms. I told him i'd hop on here and see if I could get him one at a decent price so he wouldn't go out and spend way to much somewhere else.

His budget is $300-325

MUST do rated power @ 2 ohms.

Don't have a new one, but have a used viper 2500.1 for $325 shipped.

Also if you check ebay there are refurb directed 2400's for like 160 shipped...could get two of those and strap em and be in the right price range.

what about the kicker zx2500.1 refurb or used... those are 2 ohm stable and do rated power+some

Cool, the viper or directeds may be overkill but throwin it out there. The directeds on sleaze bay come with a 90 warranty on the refurb though //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/fyi.gif.9f1f679348da7204ce960cfc74bca8e0.gif

x2 I talked to him about a zx, he didn't seem very interested, but I man be able to change his mind on it, i've got a local guy running a zx on 2 Fi SSD's and he's pulling mid to high 140's on a TL

He is still wanting an amp, he picked up a SAZ-1500 off ROE and he doesn't like the power it puts out @ 2ohms so he said he's willing to trade that on one that does 1800-2000w@ 2ohms.

I don't know what his deal is, I love my Sundowns and wouldn't change them for the world, that's probably why I suggested he pick up the one from ROE. I'd probably buy his from him, but I don't have a need for a 4th SAZ-1500.

Anyway, he has this amp for trade or buy straight up.
