Custom Sound System for Food Truck in CA

Hey Guys,

I am getting ready to launch NorCal's first BBQ truck called The Rib Whip and am installing a custom sound system on board for special events. My main questions comes to the interesting electrical system.

Since the entire truck si wired to run on a 110 system powered either by a generator when parked or plugged into an electrical outlet, I need to get an AC to DC inverter to run the 12v stereo system since the truck engine will not be running to keep the battery charged. I am looking at hooking up a Kinetic KHC2000 battery in addition to the starting battery so the system can run off that and be continually charged from the Gen or Shore power.

Any holes to this? Any suggestions on inverter? The inverter part is really my big question. Here's the system setup.
