A felon because of crimes that are felony-level crimes, not misdemeanors.

Underlying crimes the Jury were told they could use.

1. Campaign Finance Violations
2. Tax Fraud
3. Falsifying Other Business Records

Using any of these could elevate the misdemeanors to felony status. Do you know why the Jury was instructed to use any of those three? Let me help you dummy. SO THEY COULD CHARGE HIM WITH FELONIES. The problem is, in New York, it is required, dig this, BY LAW to disclose what underlying crimes they actually used and to PROVE THOSE CRIMES HAPPENED BEYOND A REASONABLE DOUBT! They did not do this.

This sounds like fraud does it not secretary man. The courts committing fraud to convict someone as a felon. The judge should be jailed and the prosecutes should be disbarred.
