A top official at the National Park Service says a liner along the bottom of the Lincoln Memorial Reflecting Pool was cut with a sharp knife or razor this month, causing damage to the foam sealant installed as part of a $16 million rehabilitation project.

The Santa Ynez reservoir is a negative impact to the to fires when it's empty. Again, Name 3 reasons why the reservoir was built. Come on old man! Tell us! You can't! If you did, then you would have to admit one reason, it was built, was to fight fires.

Quit the bullsh*t tapdancing, and provide proof that the Sant Ynez being empty caused the fire damage to be worse. Explain to us how you (the guy who thinks there is one water tower to feed LA and the Palisades) are correct, but all the experts are incorrect.

The reason the cry baby liberals are able to cut it and remove parts of it are because the primer takes a long time to penetrate the concrete and cure and the Pipeliner flashes in seconds and cures rapidly.
