I'm hearing things about like thousands of providers in a certain radius of Boston. I'm not going to put numbers out there as it's still developing. Not good.

The guys who had to afford a fake degree were the ones who couldn't produce in the Mumbai scam centers most likely. The scams are probably more lucrative.
