Let's keep in mind that Bad Orange Man is "guilty" of fraud in a case in which nobody was defrauded.

Nobody except the banks who were subject to risk levels that they were not aware of.

It's kind of funny how when Trump commits finance crime "it's all OK because no one got hurt".
I assume you're OK with someone stealing your credit card and maxing it out, as long as the bank takes the hit for the losses? Same if someone steals your car and wrecks it but insurance pays.

No need to convict the thieves, as long as you don't have to pay anything out-of-pocket. Right?

He's worried about people not even in his state, who committed $218M in finance fraud against a state he doesn't live in.

The banks are not at risk, are FULLY aware of what goes on. That is their Job. The banks lose no money. The banks are using other peoples money and earn interest from it. Trump can value whatever he wants at whatever price he wants. When the bank says OK they are saying we are OK with getting the amount in interest.

BTW - Sierra Leone has one of the lowest average IQs in the world, at 91.
The US averages 100.
Florida is at 98.
Minnesota is at 103.7.

Ironically, my kiddo was in the car listening to a podcast about these fraud cases and asked if the fraudsters would go to jail. I explained if they were tried Federally, then yes, but if tried by the state, then no. Surprise, surprise, I was right. This must be what it feels like to be Rob.
