AI is irrelevant imo...the government is the problem...AI is just yet another thing to distract from the basic issue...instead of focusing on the tool, look at the people building the house...

I don't think you understand what I mean. AI will become a god, that's the end game. Most of humanity will be killed and die off and that's what they're planning for. I know nobody wants to think that could happen but that's their goal.

You might want to see what changes were made in your state. I know things have dropped considerably here in Cali. Gas is almost a dollar less, eggs are half the price, meat is down about $2 a pound, etc...

Eggs came down, gas has been flat, meat has been flat. Electricity & natural gas are up big time.

Seems like they're still nickle & diming us everywhere they can. Whenever I order fries, I'm getting a lot less fries. Oftentimes there are no napkins with my fast food order. I was in a gas station today and wanted to snag a candy bar, but it was $3.50. Now the price itself wasn't totally unreasonable since it was the King size bar, but they had no normal sized bars available. The prices are up in the cafeterias at the hospitals I work at.

That's an extremist view...I'm not a fan of potential AI creep but it's a tool with positives and negatives...

A hammer can be used as a violent weapon or used to better the lives of people...it's just a tool...the person wielding it is responsible for the outcome...

AI is much more than just a tool, the whole point of it is to run the world and genetically merge with humanity, but we'll have to agree to disgree. People really don't understand what ai will become, the fundamental nature of it. What's the difference between a tool and a quantum tool?

That's not exactly the way it works with quantum, that's kind of my whole point, idk I've studied a lot of like quantum, nuclear, particle physics, the way ai can interact with fundamental parts of reality and the fabric of space itself, its interacting with levels of reality we don't understand, including other dimensions. To me it's more about what else is interacting with the machines at the quantum level.

I love how the right is now using the same playbook the left used in recent years...demonizing the entirety of left as evil...it's a great method to continue dividing the US and ginning up base voters...

Trump and the rest of the gop could've chosen to be the "bigger man" and just targeted the problem groups...but nope that doesn't feed the base the same way as doing what the left did...

No matter which side does it...life for the average citizen gets more controlled and monitored while government expands it's power...

Problem is, I think it is a vast majority of the left. Other than Ana Kasperian, I can't think of a prominent liberal that's spoken out against the rhetoric. They've called for more assassinations and if they aren't doing that they're claiming the assassin was a right wing conservative. Additionally, they're justifying the rhetoric that lead to Kirk's assassination.
