People are desensitized to that stuff for the most part...more people will video someone getting hurt than just calling 911.

Agree… I watch a biker crash and mangled his leg in the guardrail and me and another pulled over help render aid. Couple people pulled over help as this was on the weekend on the freeway. Soon I noticed traffic backing up with everyone with their cameras out so few of us try to block the view.

I've seen it even in tiny azz pocahontas ar...guy collapsed in the walmart parking lot while putting his cart up. By the time I got to him and called 911, a dozen people had their phones out recording
