He clearly didn’t read the article, which spells out the Federal involvement. He didn't even read the headline; IIRC, Federal is the 2nd word in the headline. So now it's time for Rob's spin and language games. He just can't admit he was wrong, that he didn't read the article. His narcissism won't let him just drop it.
