Sorry to have to repeat this, but they don't get to decide if he broke the law or not, any more than you get to decide that someone wasn't doing 40 on your 25 residential street.
The law doesn't allow for us to decide if it has been broken, unless we are on a jury, or are a judge, or law enforcement. I'm not sure why you think it does. In the US, anyway.

And I'm still trying to get it out if you why you think Trump should be exempt from prosecution for breaking the law, but not other people.
Or do you think EVERYONE should be exempt?
