To correct your statement's, Obama ( a constitutional scholar) offered that he favored changing certain aspects of the Citizens United decisions through the correct processes, a constitutional amendment that requires two thirds the congress and then the states to ratify it, not by the whim of a kings' edict without any conesus from branches of the Government or the will if the people.
