Yes. Woodford Reserve only does whisky as a cover for their welfare fund theft ring.
You know how those redneck Kentuckians are with welfare.

It's not enough they get $3 back from Uncle Sam for every $1 they pay in taxes, they need MORE.
So they steal it. Then they bribe an investigator in MN to cover it up for them, and sell it for 50% discount to people in other welfare states.
