The Justice Department is still signing criminal indictments with Lindsey Halligan’s name—almost a day after a judge ruled that she was unlawfully appointed as interim U.S. attorney.

So I guess any indictment signed with Halligan's name, after the court order, has no legal weight.
Seems like the DOJ is just shooting their own work down. MAGA winning!

For some reason he assumes a religious person is right wing. Not sure why. Maybe somehow he knows this guy is right wing, maybe he's just playing the odds ~2:1. Either way, we know he's right.

You don't have proof, is what you mean. You have a valid reason to suspect maybe he's right wing, but zero actual proof.
