Your healthcare "proof" makes no sense. if $4B is flowing into the system becasue of "immigrants" (a totally farcial number that you are likely just repeating), then why would prices go UP? More "sales" means lower prices.

And HC costs actually decreased from the ACA. Because of it, Medicare costs rose 20% less than projected.
They saved a Billion dollars with the CMMI. Increased competition due to the marketpalce drove prices down.
Increased coverage for adults meant less providers having to foot the bill for the uninsured, which they normally counter by raising prices.

Pretty Fawked if ask me. Additionally, I'd much rather see the young, entrepreneurial Latin Americans remain in their countries and build them into countries worth staying in.
