CT Sounds office hours

I was just wondering if anyone knew CT sounds office hours. When I call them I get an automated voice that doesn't tell me the hours.

You'll always get the auto attendant when you call the main number but office hours are from ~8AM till 6PM Pacific, M-F. I don't know that they're set in stone though because I've called well before and well after those times and gotten someone. I've also called on Saturday and gotten someone.
