with power so high theres a reason people double the subs power ratings with the amps, in reality you want to run like 15k to those team fi's. give each its own sq 4500 will be the cheapest bet probably and most power

Don't cheap out on amps and you won't need 15k.

depending on his car for 7-9k which is what hes looking at (i hope) im sure dual alts and a nice batt bank is what he'll need or atleast want so he doesnt damage anything

I got quotes for alternator options from mechman and none of the options included dual alts..I think I'm going to go with a 370 and start with 5 batts and go from there..I don't mind buying used amps..but I'm a little sketchy. I heard some horror stories

One 370 won't cut it for 9k, if you want to stay in the 14's. Kinda depends on what amp you get, how rugged it is, and what your listening habits are.

You will need it anyway. It's no different than a 18v amp running at 12v.

12v amps do better with voltage drop. Efficency won't change much.

I have the xs power app on my phone and for 9k ill need a d4800 up front and two 7500's but there's no way I'll run xs power batteries
