I've seen a trend in my time here. Members will effectively "migrate" from one forum to another as the seasons change and years pass. For variety or just to escape the tediums of one forum for another I don't know. What I do know is not too long ago ca.com was low end on the totem pole, and has been slowly regaining status over the last two months. In time, people will migrate back to SiN or SSA and ca.com will get back to being a low point in online car stereo community.

In some ways...I think those who stick around for a year or so (usually) become more educated. Although I ,too, sometimes post immature things in the lounge, but I think the other sections provide insight if you exclude bandwagon responses.

The only redeeming thing about this place is a sense of community between the members that are mature enough to take part in it...not all forums this size have that, I don't take it for granted. That's what I am saying...this forum has encouraged me to experiment with different products, enclosures, etc. and boosted my ability to give accurate advice, thereby increasing the status of the forum.
