crystal sscs vs cdt cl-61

i have the CDT's in my sig, would the crystal sscs be a decent upgrade, or should i look at something better? my limit is 200.00

thinking about the Kicker 04SS652

those kicker comps are 3ohms, but my amp is 130 x 2 @ 4ohm. would this be safe?
