Please explain to me how it is you do not have room in a Nissan Armada?? What are your max dimensions?? The reason I ask is because my sealed box was 11" tall X 22" Wide X 22" Deep. Assuming the use of 3/4" material and with subwoofer displacement, this gives you 2 cubes net of airspace. I'm sorry to be kind of a wang, but I am not understanding how you don't have room.
Dude I have three row seating and max dimensions are 10"DeepX52"WideX14"Tall.

Are you trying to go sealed or ported?? I have put (2) 12's ported in an expedition that kept third row seating as well. His measurements were virtually identical to yours. Where there is a will, there is a way. I hope you're not taking any of this the wrong way, but if those are indeed your max measurements then you have more than enough space to get the 15 in a sealed box and maybe even a ported box.

If you can help me design a box to fit a ported one back there ill take it im just worried about space issues. And im not taking this the wrong way.

Well, the only thing I have come up with so far in regards to something ported, will take up the entire max dimensions you listed above. The design I came up with is:

External dimensions: 14 X 52 X 10

Internal dimensions: 12.5 X 50.5 X 8.5

This design would have 20 square inches of port tuned to 35.099 Hz and the port length would be 13 inches long.

This design also assumes the use of 4 pieces of 2 x 4 bracing: 2 pieces that are 8.5 inches long and 2 pieces that are 12.5 inches long.

The total net internal cubic volume would be 2.62 cubes. My conclusions are that it would probably not be a good idea to do this design because the manufacturer recommendations specify 3 cubic feet of net internal volume. It would be better to do a sealed box. I don't want to sell you something that would not work for you. Look this over and let me know what you think.

Thats what I was afraid of. And I want to do ported thats the only problem as well .

I have always had ported I was gonna try sealed but im not sure if I would like the way sealed sounded.

If you look at the frequency response curve for a sealed enclosure vs. a ported enclosure, the sealed enclosure is going to provide a more flat response over then entire sub frequency range, whereas a ported enclosure's response curve will most likely look something like the beginning of a roller coaster. The ported enclosure will deliver more output but at a more limited frequency range and roll off rather steep as the frequency moves further from the tuning frequency of the enclosure. It may be worth while to check into a 12" driver given the dimensions you have to work with, unless you are willing to give up the third row seating (which would make all of this talk a moot point). Let me know if I can help in any way, I just want you to get the product that suits your needs.
