The lady staying doesn't bother me. But when a kid wakes me up at night, i get ill. My room mate has two tests this week to study for too..Kid woke up at 2:00AM this morning.

I hate confrontation but this can't go on. Kid is crying already right now. Any ideas?

Dood, the best approach is the direct approach. You have to let him know that you are not about to spend your college days running a daycare. That's complete BS.
