Iam I hear has lost 35lbs.

SM is busy getting the stock market to catch up with him. oh wait, that was someone else. He would say it was Iams fault that he isn't here, because iams server is down and he doesn't have the discretionary fundage to fix it right now due to certain uncertainties in the near future. Iam told him to use his new shiny iphone to post from as that would have a different IP, so he conceded that he was just too **** busy with a new yob to converse with us lowly people.

So, about 2.5lbs per week on average. Dam good. I have finally gotten back to working out this past week. It is amazing how much better just a few seesions can make you feel. I am thinking about eliminating the meals in between meals.

I was hoping I would have lost more by now, but as long as it goes down then all is good I suppose. The main difference is in my stamina and alertness.
