I was hoping I would have lost more by now, but as long as it goes down then all is good I suppose. The main difference is in my stamina and alertness.

They do on americas biggest loser and I don't see them dyin and shit.

Studies show you are more likely to gain the weight back. See where those biggest loser contestants are five years from now. I watched that show and was appalled. No way those people will keep up that rigorous regimen. You have to change your lifestyle if you want to keep the weight off. No way those people will keep that up the rest of their lives. Also it is just unhealthy from a medical standpoint and if you lose weight too fast, you'll get loose skin. It also depends on how much you weigh. When I was at 350 I was loosing at a 3-4 pound a week rate. Once I got under 300 it was at a 1-2 pound rate.

congrat's on the wight loss.. it's gotta **** eating with the vegan's. shot's of weat grass and all.

I see. Well I am not doing a biggest loser style regiment. Just daily running and smarter diet. Well right now the diest is a bit on the extreme side to jump start. I am sure I can maintain the program I have started, so I guess I fall in line with what you said.

I started slow then eased into it. My biggest problem was regular pop. I cut down on that and finally eased myself onto diet pop. Now I don't even like the taste of regular pop.

I don't drink pop at all. I despise it even more since I moved down here and have to listen to idiots call it soda everyday. Pop is teh devilz.
