Flip: 1 thing I love about the home is the kitchen. It is a good size kitchen. I love kitchens and they are your best bet to sink money into for a nice return. Large kitchens means more possibilities when remodeling. That is a big selling factor on that home imo.

What I find weird is the main bed is bigger than the living area. That is a 50/50 on whether people will like that. Since I enjoy a good HT setup and toys in the living area, I want a bigger Living area than bed. I used the bedroom to sleep in, so size to an extent doesn't bother me. Many people like large master bedrooms though.

All in all it would make a really nice starter. Definitely better than my first in terms of the land and the house. I still would have taken my first home over this though because of the large screened in pool. I have to have a pool.
