well I told you the reason why I had to move. It's not like I WANT to move but I am pretty much forced to. Oh well, I like my new room mate a whole hell of a lot better than living with my cousin and his wife.

Why second to last?

The next place I buy (within 6 months) will not be the house I want to live in forever. Most likely only til Im like 30 and am set into what I want to be doing, then I can get into a house where I think I would want to live for a long time 10+ years.

Gotta detail another car in the morning. Doing a good job pays off. Only making $50 but still its extra money. Pay for my crabs and beer without spending my money, or go to sears and buy that tool set if its really $50.

These are people I know or have worked with in the past, some family members too. Thats why its so low. I usually just say pay me whatever you feel is right. Its usually $40-80. Normally $50.
