Blu-Ray players may not work after Oct.31 because of the firmware upgrade. You'll have to purchase a new unit.

But with HD-DVD players, they're always updatable.

I find HD-DVD movies look grainy or choppy or not much better than my DVD Player...

Now I don't think I'm going to buy a BR/HD player for a long *** time, no need to.

I like the monitor because it's a PVA monitor but I just don't have money for it right now. I'm trying to sell my xbox360 and I just sold my focals yesterday but I WANT the money to buy an apline IVA-D310 but I may just take the laptop offer since no one is actually wanting to pay cash.
