I just got out of the hospital. I had my gallbladder removed. That's why I was feeling like shit, and had jaundice

Before when I was having gallbladder attacks, they told me it was acid reflux. I'm planning on seeing if I can sue the hospital because I could've eventually died had I not had it treated thinking it was just gas.

lawyers wont go after it.... no one died. I myself have been in the position to sue my HMO because of them perscribing me medication that ended in the detremental failue of my bones. All of the personal injury lawyers suggested that I would have to die to see any benefit or recourse from it.
