Looks decent.

Just a couple of things.

Move the front loudspeakers away from the TV a little. They should be about your listening distance apart, this rule isn't written in stone but you will get a lot better imagine and sound stage if you move them away from that TV. Also, toe the surrounds and fronts in a little, right now on the surrounds you are probably actually getting more reflection from the wall in front of you than you are direct sound from the loudspeaker... s
