We went over the Present discounted value of person's total lifetime value who don't attend college, then determined how much money a college graduate would have to make a year to equal the PDV if they didn't attend college. The conditions being that this was a mediocre student who attended college for 5 years and had to take out student loans every year. If you actually care, which I'm sure you don't since you've more than likely gone over this kind of stuff before, I'll explain more thoroughly.

Well, we determined that the college graduate would only have to make like 55k a year starting from when he graduated and retired 45 years later.
