Because nobody is using credit cards anymore? What would be a good explanation as to why a company's receivables turnover rate is increasing remarkably, 13.00 to 14.83 to 18.04. Their accounts receivable staying fairly constant while their sales are skyrocketing.
In another words, why is the companies cash sales increasing almost exponentially while their credit sales are barely linear - almost constant?

Edit: Dammit
I have seen a fair number of places offering a slight discount if the customer uses cash. What would be a good explanation as to why a company's receivables turnover rate is increasing remarkably, 13.00 to 14.83 to 18.04. 'No Diving' signs should have been posted. Afterall, warning signs are NOT for your sake, but the attorneys.Has anyone ever had to take a law or policy class?I am currently taking Forestry Law and Natural Resource Policy. Both are back to back today by the same Chinese teacher.
I absolutely hate these classes. Studying doesn't bother me, but I have a hard time studying this crap that I have no interest in whatsoever.
Our case study today in Forestry Law is about a guy who got drunk with his buddies on a lake skiing. They make a beer run, come back to the dock and see a teenage girl laying out tanning. ONe guy tries to impress her, runs and dives off the dock into shallow water. He injures his spinal cord and became disable. In turn, he tries to sue the place that owned the lake. lol. gay.
Law + Policy =ftl
I believe it stems mostly from companies trying to avoid dealing with the processing fess of using CC's.Shortening of the "net" window.
Net 30, 60, 90 becomes "net" 10. Also what demin said.

Do0d, he could have been talking about a 7-11 for all I knew.No large company uses credit cards in that manner.
Yup. There WAS a sign at the dock, but they claimed their wasn't. It was never proved in the case that the sign was present when he dived. They tried bringing his intoxication into the case but they threw it out? He didn't win though, thank god.'No Diving' signs should have been posted.
